A few things worth knowing.
How do I install the plugin?
Install the Free edition from WordPress.org , or search for Alharthiweb Order Alerts under Plugins → Add New in WordPress.
What does my site need?
You need wordpress 6.4 or later, php 7.4 or later, woocommerce 8.9 or later. Try the plugin in a staging store before using it in your daily workflow.
Do employees need a WordPress account?
They can read the selected order details in Telegram. The optional manager order link still requires an authorized WordPress login.
Does a new-order alert confirm payment?
No. Alerts can include unpaid and Cash on Delivery orders. Use the displayed order and payment information.
What happens when Pro expires?
The selected Free destination continues receiving new-order summaries. Saved team configuration is retained; extra destinations, rules and templates require Pro entitlement.
What happens if Telegram is unavailable?
Explicit temporary rejections receive bounded retries. An uncertain send is flagged for review rather than blindly resent.
Is Premium available to buy now?
Yes. Choose an annual Pro plan for your number of sites. Purchase through Freemius, install the Premium ZIP, and activate your license from License & Account inside the plugin.
